I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Human Services Certificate, from Oregon State University in 1993. I worked in the field briefly, but my heart belonged to design. So, I moved to Seattle, where I attended the Art Institute, earned a Visual Communications degree in 1996, and have been a professional graphic designer ever since. While in Seattle, I had the honor of working for award-winning design firms such as Toolhouse, and Koryn Rolstad Studios. In 2001, I set out as a solopreneur to blaze my own trail — or rather, design it. My work has been selected for Logo Lounge volumes 4, 8, and the Logo Lounge Master Series; Seattle Print Arts Juried Competition; Portland Monthly's "Portland's Best" issue; won Silver at the San Francisco Chronicle's wine label competition; and received a gold award for Best Packaging at the UK Natural & Organic Product Awards.
